24-hour racing US style!

Which WEC drivers will be racing at this weekend's Rolex 24 at Daytona? Our champions for a start!

FIA GT World Endurance Driver Champions James Calado and Alessandro Pier Guidi

For any racing driver there is never enough time behind the wheel, and races cannot come around fast enough for them.  It is therefore no surprise that, in their desire to put the winter closed season behind them, nearly all the 2017 World Endurance Champions are racing this weekend at the Rolex 24 at Daytona.

Earl Bamber (FIA World Endurance Driver Champion), James Calado and Alessandro Pier Guidi (FIA GT World Endurance Driver Champions), Bruno Senna (WEC LMP2 Champion) and all three WEC GTE Am Champions, Paul Dalla Lana, Pedro Lamy and Mathias Lauda number among over 35 names on the entry list who are – or who have recently been – a part of the WEC.

These drivers will all be aiming for success, and a prestigious Rolex watch, in the opening round of the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship (27/28 January) at the famous Daytona International Speedway in Florida.

Good luck and safe racing to them all.
