Congratulations to all ELMS 2017 Champions
The WEC’s sister championship, European Le Mans Series, came to a frantic and drama-filled conclusion this weekend in Portimão, Portugal.
G-Drive Racing’s Memo Rojas and Leo Roussel were crowned Drivers’ champions and the Russian team claimed Team LMP2 honours with their ORECA 07.
In LMGTE the Ferrari 488 GTE of JMW Motorsport took the title by just two points crewed by former WEC driver Will Stevens plus Jody Fannin and Rob Smith.
The LMP3 title battle was one of the most dramatic as United Autosport’s Sean Rayhall and John Falb fought their way in their Ligier through from last to secure the titles for both the team and drivers.
