The sun rises on the WEC at Monza

There is just one day to go before all the FIA WEC’s 2017 cars are on track for The Prologue, the now traditional pre-season test session.

This year the championship is visiting the famous and storied Autodromo Nazionale Monza in Italy for the first time, and the track will be open free of charge to spectators on both days of testing, April 1 and 2.

Today will see the 2017 versions of the Toyota TS050 HYBRID and Porsche 919 Hybrid revealed to the world’s media, the cars which will be challenging for the World Endurance Championship during the year.  The first round is the 6 Hours of Silverstone on Sunday April 16.
