Schwartzman and Ye join AF Corse line-up
AF Corse has revealed its official line-up for the No. 83 Ferrari 499P Hypercar that will compete in this year’s FIA World Endurance Championship.
FIA WEC LMP2 champion Robert Kubica, who was already confirmed in the line-up in December, will be joined by official Ferrari drivers Robert Shwartzman and Yifei Ye.
Shwartzman had already competed with AF Corse in the 2023 season of the GT World Challenge Europe - Endurance Cup, where he secured a win in the 3 hours of Barcelona. Ye, who drove for Hertz Team JOTA in WEC last season, has also won the Asian and European Le Mans Series in the LMP2 class in 2021.
The first official commitment for the trio will be on 24-25 February for the official WEC Prologue before the season-opening 1812km Qatar race the following week (1-2 March).
