JOTA wins final Asian Le Mans race; United Autosports champions in LMP3
WEC regulars JOTA won both 4 Hours of Abu Dhabi races of the 2021 Asian Le Mans Series season over the weekend with Sean Gelael and Tom Blomqvist at the wheel.
Three-time ELMS Champions and 2015 WEC LMP2 trophy winner G-Drive Racing clinched the overall LMP2 championship title.
Elsewhere, WEC’s reigning LMP2 Champions United Autosports claimed the LMP3 Championship trophy after the No. 23 crew of Wayne Boyd, Manuel Maldonado and Rory Penttinen won the final race of the series.
