How and where to watch the FIA WEC season-closer
The season-closing Bapco 8 Hours of Bahrain (5-6 November) will be televised live by several broadcasters and will also be available on the official FIA WEC app. Saturday’s race will commence at 14h00 local time.
EUROPE
Across Europe, Eurosport will show the full eight hours live which includes France, UK and in Germany. Free-to-air TV channel La Chaine L’Equipe will show two hours live, with the full race live on L’Equipe.FR.
The FIA WEC app will show qualifying and the full eight hour race live. The app is available worldwide (apart from USA and Canada where it is geoblocked) with English commentary from Allan McNish, Martin Haven and Graham Goodwin. Louise Beckett and Duncan Vincent will support the team from the pitlane.
Elsewhere in Europe, the race will be shown live in its entirety on TV Now in Germany, and the final three hours of RTL Nitro – good news for Porsche fans who can watch the marque fight for the FIA GT Manufacturers’ title alongside AF Corse Ferrari. Fans of Robert Kubica can also tune into Polsat to watch the full race live in Poland.

AMERICAS
MotorTrend – a linear network dedicated to auto enthusiasts – will broadcast the first and last 90 minutes of the race live in the USA and the Caribbean, as well as post-race on MotorTrend network. The full race will be shown live in Canada on Discovery Velocity.
Residents in South America can watch the full race live via Fox Sports 3. Eurosport will also broadcast the full race live pan Asia-Pacific and in Australia. Meanwhile, Super Sport will air the full race live as part of a pan-regional deal in Africa.
ASIA
Finally, J Sports will broadcast the full race live for Japanese fans who can tune in to see home drivers Kamui Kobayashi and Kazuki Nakajima fighting for the World Championship title in Toyota Gazoo Racing’s Hypercar. In New Zealand, fans can watch home driver Brendon Hartley live via Sky.
For the rest of the world, there will be various TV channels and online platforms that will broadcast qualifying, the race and/or highlights.
