Congratulations to ELMS winners!
The final round of the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) took place in Portugal over the weekend and the FIA WEC would like to pass on its congratulations to all of this year’s winners.
IDEC Sport took both the team and driver LMP2 titles bringing an end of G-Drive Racing’s three-year dominance of the category.
G-Drive finish as 2019 runners-up including the important automatic invitation to the 2020 WEC Season Finale – the 24 Hours of Le Mans – alongside overall champions, IDEC Sport.
Luzich Racing already claimed the 2019 LMGTE team and driver titles at Spa-Francorchamps last month but the Swiss team ended their season in style by claiming the victory in Portugal with Fabien Lavergne plus WEC regulars Nicklas Nielsen and Alessandro Pier Guidi.
