Le Mans Esports Series: Crowds flock to Autosport International
One of the busiest stands at the Autosports International Show at Birmingham’s NEC has been that of the Le Mans Esports Series, venue for round 2 of the latest gaming hit series.
The e-race is taking place Sunday afternoon, with a place in the grand final at stake at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June, alongside the real race which is the final round of the 2019-19 WEC Super Season.
Lots of people came to the stand to see what it was all about, including McLaren F1’s Carlos Sainz and Lando Norris!
We've just had @ZBrownCEO, and @McLarenF1 @LandoNorris and @Carlossainz55 visit our #LMES stand at #ASI19 for some interviews with @LouiseeB and @MotorsportTV_UK Here is a quick behind the scenes clip @FIAWEC @24hoursoflemans - keep your eye out for the full video later pic.twitter.com/VpB1S25vuO
