Light rain arrives at the Circuit de la Sarthe in the final session before warm-up on Saturday for the 92nd running of the Le Mans 24 Hours
The one hour session sees Brendon Hartley top the times in the No.8 Toyota Gazoo Racing GR 010 Hybrid Hypercar. The Kiwi peaks with a 3m29.451 lap
That lap by the Kiwi is just 0.076s faster than the Miguel Molina driven No.50 Ferrari AF Corse 499P
The No.20 BMW M Team V8 Hypercar finishes third as Sheldon van der Linde sets a 3m29.560s lap in car he shares with Rene Rast and Robin Frijns
Peugeot TotalEnergies claim the fourth fastest lap with the No.93 9X8 as Mikkel Jensen sets the lap in the car he shares with Nico Mueller and Jean-Eric Vergne
The second of the BMW’s, the No.15 car that crashed in Hyperpole, is fifth as Dries Vanthoor again sets the time
Completing the top six is the No.35 Alpine as Charles Milesi continues strong form for Les Bleues in its first Le Mans with the A424 Hypercar so far
Pole sitting No.6 Porsche Penske 963 driven by Kevin Estre initially has to be pushed back in to the pits after appearing to have an electrical issue but car manages to get out with Laurens Vanthoor aboard but completes only a handful of laps

Esteban Masson registers the fastest lap for the No.87 Akkodis ASP Lexus by peaking on a 3m58.755s
That time is 0.34s quicker than the No.95 United Autosports McLaren driven by Marino Sato
Ben Barker continues to impress for the No.77 Proton Ford Mustang squad as he peaks on a 3m59.323s lap to take third place
Jordan Taylor in the Spirit of Race Ferrari ends session in fourth in car he shares with and Danish father and son duo Johnny Laursen and Conrad Laursen
The top six is completed by the No.54 VISTA AF Corse Ferrari (Davide Rigon) and the No.82 TF Sport Corvette (Charlie Eastwood)

Ben Hanley in No.23 United Autosports Oreca-Gibson sets the pace in LMP2 field as British driver sets a best lap of 3m37.121s
Hanley’s lap is 0.3s better than 2023 Le Mans LMP2 winner Fabio Scherer in the Nielsen Racing entry as the Swiss ace stops the clocks on a 3m37.416s lap
