Spa-Francorchamps: One week to go!
In just one week the penultimate round of the 2018 – 2019 WEC Super Season, The TOTAL 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, will be in full swing as 35 cars battle it out on the legendary Belgian circuit.
The LMGTE Pro class could see Porsche take the coveted World Endurance GTE Manufacturers’ Championship title, while it’s also mathematically possible for Toyota Gazoo Racing to clinch the LMP Drivers’ Championship with one round still remaining.
Qualifying will take place on Friday 3 May with the 6-hour race scheduled to start at 130pm local time the following day. The Spa-Francorchamps entry list also features two home drivers – former F1 driver Stoffel Vandoorne and Aston Martin Racing’s Maxime Martin. Andre Lotterer is also a favourite with the German driver having grown up on Belgian soil.
