There has been a delay to the scheduled night practice session due to a storm overhead the Circuit of The Americas. Instead of the headlights of the 29 entries for the FIA World Endurance Championship being seen around the Austin track, lightning is currently splitting the skies overhead.
An update will be given soon about resumption of action.
