Updated liveries for Team WRT at Le Mans

Belgian LMGT3 outfit Team WRT have unveiled their special liveries for the upcoming 24 Hours of Le Mans, round four of FIA WEC (15-16 June).

The No. 31 and No. 46 BMW M4 LMGT3 cars will both change their colour schemes for the legendary 24 hour race with the No. 31 car adorning a red and white design, inspired by the 1977 UFO BMW 3.0 CSL of the BMW Luigi team. Drivers Darren Leung, Sean Gelael and Augusto Farfus will be at the wheel.

Meanwhile, the sister No. 46 car sees the black and white colours replaced by a blue, white and yellow scheme.  The flames, sun and crescent moon symbols regularly adorn its driver Valentino Rossi’s helmet designs. Joining Rossi in the cockpit is Ahmad Al Harthy and Maxime Martin.

After three WEC rounds so far, Team WRT is second in the LMGT3 standings behind current leaders, Manthey PureRXcing. A total of 50 championship points are available for the 24 Hours of Le Mans race winners.
