Where to watch the WEC 4 Hours of Silverstone!
This weekend’s opening round of the new FIA WEC season – the 4 Hours of Silverstone – will be live on television across the UK on BT Sport, starting from 12h00 local time on Sunday 1 September.
Eurosport and Motorsport TV will also broadcast the race live across the UK, pan-Europe and pan-Asia Pacific. For the rest of the world, there will be various TV channels and online platforms that will broadcast qualifying, the race and/or highlights. WEC Season 8 also welcomes some new broadcast partners including Brazil with BandSports – the sports channel of the Bandeirantes Group – ahead of the WEC’s return to São Paulo next February. The eight-round championship, which is set to visit five continents over 2019/2020, will also be available to watch in China and South Korea on Star Sports for the first time.
Live coverage on the FIA WEC app will be available worldwide including in North America where fans in the USA and Canada can also watch the action live via the MotorTrend app, as well as on linear TV.
The official WEC app has English commentary on all of its live transmissions and official WEC highlights shows, with Allan McNish giving his expert insights.
