Le Mans Spirit Club is the official FIA WEC hospitality.
It is an all-inclusive VIP shared lounge hosting private individuals, partners’, manufacturers’, and teams’ guests, as well as any company looking to activate a shared hospitality program.
There are no dedicated spaces or branding opportunities.
Packages are available on a first come, first served basis.
FIA WEC reserves the right to refuse bookings in order to maintain the high standards of comfort provided inside the lounge.
FIA WEC kindly recommends a casual chic dress code at Le Mans Spirit Club.
There are three types of packages/accesses to the Le Mans Spirit Club:
» Legend Qualifying Package – access to hospitality on qualifying days only
» Ultimate Race Day Package – access to hospitality on race days only
» Weekend Privilege Package – access to hospitality on both qualifying and race days
Please note that Le Mans Spirit Club is closed on free practice days and during the prologue.
All Le Mans Spirit Club passes provide access to the circuit and paddock during free practice, qualifying, and race days.
All passes also include access to pit walks and grid walks. Please refer to your event's timetable for specific times.
Access to the Hot Spot area is strictly reserved for Ultimate Race Day and Weekend Privilege pass holders.
Entry will be granted with day-specific wristbands and must be accompanied by a valid Le Mans Spirit Club pass.
Passes must be worn at all times, including by children, and are non-transferable.
Passes will be scanned at the hospitality entrance. Once access is authorized, each guest will receive a daily wristband, different for each race.
This wristband, together with the pass, allows unlimited entry to the lounge by simply showing it to security staff.
Passes are scanned once at entrance only and must be worn at all times.
We reserve the right to deny access if a guest is wearing a pass that does not belong to them.
FIA WEC drivers may be granted a coordinator wristband to visit their guests in the lounge.
Group sizes are limited to 30 guests due to space constraints.
Exceptions may apply depending on the racetrack, but for larger groups, we recommend opting for private hospitality.
For bookings of more than 10 guests, a 10% discount will automatically apply, provided the reservation is made in a single order.
Table booking is not available at Le Mans Spirit Club.
However, FIA WEC will do its best to ensure that at least 80% of your guests are seated together.
Please respect signage indicating reserved tables.
Empty tables without reserved signs may also have designated seating for private individuals or unguided guests.
Group coordinators (without Le Mans Spirit Club passes) are allowed in the lounge at a ratio of 1 per 20 guests.
Please contact the Le Mans Spirit Club Welcome Desk or your FIA WEC hospitality contact to obtain a coordinator wristband.
This wristband allows access to the lounge to collect the group, but does not grant access to food, drinks, or any of the lounge services.
Anyone wishing to enjoy the services of Le Mans Spirit Club must wear both a valid pass and the daily wristband.
Guests may leave personal belongings inside the Le Mans Spirit Club.
While FIA WEC takes every possible measure to ensure safety, we cannot be held liable for any loss or theft.

» If cancelled within 3 weeks before the race day: no refund
