2016 track action has arrived for feast of WEC battles

The engines are warmed-up, the drivers are primed for action. All the anticipation that has built since Bahrain last November is about to be unleashed.

2016 will see battles galore in each of the five classes with 33 cars ready for what promises to be the greatest WEC season ever.

Audi v Porsche v Toyota is a headline that needs no elaboration or hype. So, let the strategy, the combat, the engineering excellence, the fan fervour and the marathon of mind, machine and body take everyone to new heights this season.

The fights for supremacy in LMP2 promise to be as close as ever, while in LMGTE Pro the return of Ford has shaken up the category to new heights of expectation as they take on Ferrari, Aston Martin and Porsche.

All of the above though, will come under one arching emotion. The Spirit of Endurance.
