Entry List for the 6 Hours of São Paulo Updated

 

 

6 Hours of Bahrain race winner Mike Conway will be joining his Toyota teammates Stephane Sarrazin and Alex Wurz once again for the final race of the season in Brazil.  The Japanese manufacturer is aiming to secure the four championship points needed to be crowned  2014 FIA World Endurance Manufacturer’s Championship.   Toyota’s Anthony Davidson and Sebastien Buemi have already secured the Drivers’ World Championship in Bahrain last weekend.

Brazilian motorsport legend Emerson Fittipaldi is making a return to the cockpit to compete in an FIA World Championship race on the 30 November.   He will join Jeffrey Segal and Alessandro Pier Guidi in the no61 AF Corse Ferrari in the LMGTE Am class for a single event entry in the 6 Hours of São Paulo.

The 6 Hours of São Paulo will feature 26 cars with 61 drivers from 16 different nations.  As well as Emerson Fittipaldi, local interest will also focus on Brazilians Lucas di Grassi (no1 Audi R18 etron quattro) and Fernando Rees (no99 Aston Martin Racing Vantage V8).

The 6 Hours of São Paulo is the final round of the 2014 FIA World Endurance Championship and the event begins of Friday 28 November with Free Practice.  Saturday 29 November is qualifying with the race on Sunday starting at 13:00 (local).
