Scrutineering : programme for Championship competitors at Le Mans

Scrutineering is a feature of Le Mans 24 Hours. Elsewhere, administrative and technical inspections are conducted on the circuit a few days before the race, but at Le Mans, the public participates in the fun as the event is held in the centre of Le Mans. It takes place this year on the Place de la Republique during the refurbishment of the Place des Jacobins.

In light rain and a cloudy sky, the first competitors arrived for scrutineering. At 14:30 Boutsen Ginion Racing was presented at the administrative checks and technical inspection at 15:00. The day will end at 18:50 with Norma Extreme Limite ARIC.

These two competitors are not listed in the FIA World Endurance Championship unlike other competitors this afternoon. Gulf Racing Middle East was the first of the championship protagonists to pass through at 14:45 and 15:15, followed by ADR-Delta and the two Audi R18 e-tron quattro, whose drivers have been bombarded with requests for autographs by fans.

Five other participants in the Championships are scheduled for this afternoon: Krohn Racing Team Felbermayr-Proton, Larbre Competition, and Pescarolo Team. Finally, OAK Racing, which will have its own article.

All other competitors in the FIA World Endurance Championship will pass through scrutineering tomorrow.
