André Lotterer and Kazuki Nakajima promote the 6 Hours of FUJI

At the fourth round of the Formula Nippon championship (Japanese single seater), twice winner of the Le Mans 24 Hours André Lotterer, and Kazuki Nakajima, driver of the Toyota TS030 HYBRID, posed with the poster of 6 hours Fuji, the penultimate round of the 2012 season of the FIA World Endurance Championship, to be held on the 14th of October 2012.

The Petronas Tom's Team, which races Toyotas in Formula Nippon, celebrated the second Le Mans victory in a row for German driver André Lotterer with Audi in the presence of Kazuki Nakajima, his team mate in Japan and rival in the World Championship. In Super GT, they paired up in 2011, but André Lotterer decided to stop at the end of the season. Kazuki Nakajima is now sharing the wheel of the Lexus Team Petronas Tom's with Loïc Duval, another Audi endurance driver.

Andre Lotterer currently occupies fourth place in Formula Nippon, a championship he won in 2011 after taking the Super GT title in 2006 and 2009, part of the small circle of non-Japanese drivers to have won twice. Kazuki Nakajima finished behind his team mate last year in Formula Nippon, but is ahead this year despite a German driver's victory in the second round of the season at Motegi.
